Companion dialogues endlessly repeating

Has anyone else had this problem? Companions keep saying the same dialogue over and over again. Varric and Solas keep constantly repeating that dialog about "Did you see the nobles' faces at the Win...

What system are you on? I have seen intermittent reports, but it's rather uncommon, and it seems like the "fix" is to revert to a save from before it started happening. If you're on PC I'd like to get a copy of your save file, it can help in finding what triggers/flags are acting up.

    I am experiencing repeating dialogue as well. Varric and Solas have the conversation:
    "Varric, you've faced Corephyus before....."
    over and over. Usually a few times every hour or so.
