Do you get a BSOD or is the PC just shutting down?
Please add a DxDiag to your next reply.
A DxDiag is an overview of your PCs technical features and recent software errors.
There is no personal info in it except for the “Machine name” in the second row.
(You might delete the “Machine name” line if you wish too.)
How to create a DxDiag:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.
- Copy and paste or type "DxDiag" (Without the quotes) into the new field. > ENTER
- Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
- Save the file to your desktop.
- Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
- Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".
- Reply.

I am indeed still here. 😉

From what I can see, this appears to be a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 laptop, which makes this even more curious.
The crashes of Dragon Age Inquisition listet in the DxDiag should not shut down the device.
How often is this happening?
After how much playtime?
Which other games do you play on this machine?- Mistermovieman18 days agoRising Adventurer
Thanks for the reply. I don't get a bsod. The PC shuts down, or at least it gives me a black screen, and I have to press the power button a few times to turn it on and off, in order to get it working.
It happens rarely, maybe once or twice a month. I don't think my playtime affects it happening. One time, if I recall correctly, it happened on my first match of the day, about 10 or so minutes in.
I used to play World of Warcraft and I don't recall this ever happening.
