[CONFIRMED] "not enough shards" BUG. Xbox 360

I know I have gotten all the shards as here is what I have:

HINTERLANDS -               22 shards
STORM COAST -              13 shards
FORBIDDEN OASIS -       15 shards
WESTERN APPROACH - 14 shards
EXALTED PLAINS -         16 shards
EMERALD GRAVES -      13 shards
EMPRISE DU LION -        13 shards
HISSING WASTES-             8 shards

Yet I only have 2/18 shards to open the last door (fire one). I have checked every region and found all the Oculara in every one of them plus collected the shards.

This doozy is on Xbox 360. I'm really hopin' someone out there knows somethin'.

    Hinterlands has 22

    Storm Coast 13

    Hissing Wastes 8

    So you have indeed found all of them if you have that many collected.  I am two short myself on Hissing waste, and I am two short to open the door, so yeah, you have a bug, and I doubt there is an easy way to fix it...maybe a patch will, but it may just keep it from happening again whenever they do get around to fixing this issue.

    Yep I quadruple checked and I have all shards. I'm just really annoyed about all the time I put in looking for them for one achievement and possibly some epic loot. :womanfrustrated:

    Yep, I'm rather frustrated over this.
