Connecting to the Dragon Age servers forever

For the past couple days, I just downloaded a new update for my Xbox One from the Latest Xbox One Experience in Xbox Preview. Everything is working, including apps and games, except one thing: Dragon Age Inquisition. All of my other games and apps are working fine. Dragon Age Inquisition has been the only problem I have faced this week since the new update. I thought at first that it was the new update that made my game not work, but it's the game. Each time I start it up, I press the menu button and it just connects to the Dragon Age servers forever. It doesn't show an error message or do anything else. I have heard people having these problems before, but this just seems to prevent me from playing my own game, which I really would love to play right now. The only thing solution I tried was disconnecting my network and connecting again, but to no avail. I am trying to contact an EA game advisor, but nobody seems to be online and working. What do I do? Please give me some solutions!

Found a fix. I logged out and disconnected from the Internet. Loaded dragon age and got in to play offline. Then put xbox online again (plug modem back in) it asked for Cortana options and I said no. Then it let me log in to DA servers and get in game. Maybe Cortina is messing it up?

Same issue with my Xbox one. Everything else works but Dragon Age Inquisition. Flustrated.

I am moving back to the Current Xbox One Experience, so I will see if the game starts working again.

It actually worked, but when I get off the game, I would have to do that all over again. It's the new update that's preventing me from playing online. If it isn't the new update and it's the game, then I am throwing away this game forever.
