Contacting EA support???
Hey everyone :0)
My question is really simple, so I hope the answear will be as well :P
How on earth do you get support from EA without having to use the "Live Chat"???
I really don't have the time for that type of support, so is there no other way to do it?

Well just in case someone here will be able to help me out with my actual Dragon Age question, I might as well ask about it here as well ^^
Some years ago I bought a Collector's Edition of DAO, but haven't played it for a while and now decided to reinstall it, but I can't seem to find my hard-copy (if I ever had one, could have been a download version), but then I thought, well it shouldn't matter as I have registered the game online, so I should be able to get it from my BioWare online account and sure enough the game and all my content was there, BUT I can't download most of the content, including the Collector's Edition itself, instead of a "Download" button, there's just a stippled line: ---
Anyone know how to get a hold of my content?
With best regards

You need your CD-key, and that's only available:
a) on the physical packaging/manual itself (although if you had the download version it's in an email and you would have needed it to install the first time);b) within the installed game from the "Configure" screen;
or, (presuming you registered your game on the BioWare site)
c) from the EA Customer Service folk.
Since you say you don't have the original physical elements (or can't find the email if it was downloaded) to use method a), and you don't have the game currently installed to use method b), that leaves method c) as your only option.Sorry. 😕mileyfrustrated:
