"Content Installing" messages on PS4

I downloaded and installed a digital version of the game on my PS4 yesterday. The install was completely done by 8:00pm last night. I started playing today and am having 2 issues:

1) I am unable to access certain missions in the war room. When selecting the missions, I see the message ""Content Installing" and cannot proceed.

2) I am unable to skip through any conversations. When attempting to do so, I receive the message "Cannot skip while content is installing."

Any ideas on how to clear these up? Re-download and install? I'm hesitant to do this since it takes so long. All I have tried so far is to use the PS4's "Restore Licenses" function.

ok have something that may help some of you. Talked with Sony support. if you highlight the game in the PS4 version of the XMB and press the options button on your controller a menu will pop up with one option being "information" click on that and it will show the download process. Thought mine was complete and it wasnt i was only at 30GB of 44GB. Hope that helps some people.

OK, if anyone is still having issues with 'Content installing' messages on disc copies of the game, the possible solution is that an update file for the game may be still sitting in your notificaton list that has to be clicked on to be installed, as it's not done automatically.
If you cannot not find it there as you may have accidently deleted it when clearing out your notification list, re-download the update.
Unlike the PS3, the PS4 doesn't prompt you when turning off the console that you have outstanding updated files that need installing and hence why you think everything has been updated, when in fact it hasn't.
I'm no longer stuck in Crestwood, as the 'Content Installing' message has now gone.
I hope this solution helps out a few people!
