CPU 100% Usage

Hi! whenever i play Dragon Age Inquisition my CPU jumps up to 100% usage for no apparent reason.

i have tried:

Create user.cfg

1. Open Notepad and paste the lines below
2. Save as user.cfg in the Installation directory which is by default C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition

Repairing the game

i have 3 hard drives C: D: G: Origin is installed on the C: Drive together with Windows, while Dragon Age Inquisition is installed on the G: Drive. i don't suspect that this should have anything to do with it as Mass Effect 3 is installed on the same drive and runs just fine

i do not have any mods installed

any suggestions on what might be causing this and how to get it fixed?
