Crafted runes not showing up in upgrade list
I keep trying to craft runes, but for some reason any crafted rune, though it shows up in my inventory and in merchant windows, it doesn't show up at all when I attempt to add it at the Modify Weapon...

I am playing on PC with mods. I don't think I have any mods that change inventory or categories, but just to make sure, I tried with all my mods disabled. Still no dice.
And I... actually lack the ability to try it on other characters. I only have the one far enough that I can runecraft.
@LexTaliona Did you try repairing the game? You should remove your mod folder before doing so (just move it to the desktop temporarily or something, you can then put it back once you've repaired).
I tried to repair the game. It completed, but crafted runes still won't show up in the upgrade list.
