@Chinooka7 Does the armour you're trying to upgrade have a slot to upgrade the arms? Not all armour does.

@kanakajoe Could you please take screenshot of both armor you are currently wearing and the one you just crafted (the details page) and post them here?
To post a screen on AHQ select 'Choose File' option below the post box and upload the screenshot you just took.

Hi, yes, my armor has two slots open(arm/leg). the armor is medium and the crafted on is also medium. Thanks for helping..
