Crashing Upon Travel Every Single Time, Dragon Age Inquisition
I need some actual help, not the dumb kind. Read through the whole thing.
Dragon Age Inquisition keeps crashing every single time I try to fast travel to a location, it doesn't matter where, it is every single time. I will provide details on what I have done throughout the game.
When It Happened:
I've been playing the game for a very long time with the same setup and even managed to fully kit out my entire party, I hadn't changed any of my mods or anything drastic either. During this, I managed to play up to 62 hours without an issue, however, one day, the issue occurred. Now, I can't even fast travel within the first 40 minutes of the game, which is when I gain access to the Hinterlands. This is a huge problem, it is every single new playthrough, it is beyond frustrating at this point because I have tried 10 times. AS IN TEN PLAYTHROUGHS, all of which I deleted because no progress was being made. Nothing, and I mean, NOTHING, has been working. Believe me, I've tried.

Using The Latest Version Of Nvidia, My PC can handle the massive Workload I put on it.
Connection is outstanding, 500+ Megabytes Per Second
I began the game normally with mods, keep in mind that these mods aren't even game-breaking. In addition, I've used trainers on WeMod and I've used Cheat Engine (x64), along with its respective cheat table. I would go into detail about what I've done with those.
WeMod:
- Reduced Cooldown
- Maximum Power Points
- Maximum War Table Perk Points
- Maximum Gold
- Maximum Player Perk Points
Cheat Engine:
- 1.0 Player Combat Speed Set To 1.15
- 1.0 Player Jump Speed Set To 3.0
- Set Focus To Maximum (300)
- Set Focus Multiplier To 25.0
- Set Focus Cost To 0.0
- Set Focus Rate To 25.0
- Set Health From 100 to 10,000
