Cullen is gone after Sera prank

Can someone tell me if there is any way to resolve the fact that I did Sera's pranking and when we went in Cullen's office it overrode the convo with the guard and now I can't get Cullen back at all.

I'm 30 hours past that point and don't have any saved games back that far, with 100 hours into the game I REALLY don't want to start again!!

Try doing the next quest under the main storyline, and see if that resets your follower dialog.

I've tried that, doesn't help. Have tried rebuilding the game with no help either. Just occurred to me that Cullen disappeared about 30 hours back - he's still there in the war room scenes and was there at the Winter Palace, but that's it. His indicator isn't even on the map.

Lots of people have been having this problem, and it still hasn't been fixed. Maybe spamming EA/Bioware with emails about it might get something done.
