Cullen missing in Skyhold

I also have the bug...
140 +Hours played, and Cullen straight left the game. I have tried just about everything.
I also have the scout in the room, makes a comment when I pick up the parchment.
I am trying to do the required quest before I go on and lose the ability to do it. So for me, this is the first time in god knows how long that I am really stuck permanently and the game is indeed broken completely.
What sucks is, this completely leaves you hanging, I am definately not doing another play through to try and avoid.
This needs to be fixed asap, its game breaking bug.
PC Version. No issues with instability or crashing. Game plays great! Just crafted a 144dps staff for my main char too ☹️

I have this bug too. So many people are having this bug/glitch after the Sera's pranks quest. It better be patched soon.
Please Bioware, listen to us and patch it already.
Cullen came back in my game. I talked to Sara a bunch went to talk to cassandra again, she didnt have much to say, then I was going to look for Cole.
Cullen is hanging out in the armory next to cassandra. Walked in the door and he is back and I am able to continue.
This bug just occured to me. Cullen has completely disappeared, the scout in his office can't be interacted with, and I've tried exhausting conversation with Sera, Cassandra, Cole, and pretty much anyone else I can in order to get Cullen to reappear. No luck. It's even worse since I'm romancing him - I have no idea if this is going to make it impossible to finish his personal quests....
I didn't even know this bug existed until about 10 hours after I'd done Sera's pranking quest. I can't go back to a previous save even if I wanted to, because I've played so much since then that I've overwritten the save.
What a stupid bug. Is there still no workaround for this?
Is this being worked on, or is there any hint of a workaround out there ?
