DA: Inquisition - World State Not Syncing from Dragon Age Keep

Hi -

Tried numerous things to figure this out. But basically - realized that on my PS3 that I was logged into another EA account to an email that I no longer have access to in my Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age II game.

Created a custom World State that is new to reflect my choices so I can use it on my New Game on Dragon Age Inquisition. Loaded and exported it on Dragon Age Keep - however when I start Dragon Age Inquisition, the game would only recognize an older World State from 2014 (not the new one that is created a few days ago, in 2017.)

Help!

I arranged a call with an EA advisor and they helped me work out the problem.
If your problem is still persisting then I would recommend that.

I'm having a similar problem in that I export a world state from the Keep but then it won't recognize it within DA:I. Do you know how to link the accounts? I'm using the same email for both Xbox and the Keep.
From my research, we may have to contact EA support and get a technician to solve this problem for us.

Have contacted EA Advisors - waiting to hear back from Technicians. Will update as I hear more! Good to hear that I am not the only one. Thank you.
