DA: Inquisition [Character NOT Showing Up, flickering black specs, etc]

@HaruWu It doesn't look like you meet the minimum system requirements. While some people have managed to get the game to run with integrated graphics, it doesn't run well or reliably. 

Sorry I don't have better news for you, but it looks like you're unlikely to get the game running (or at least running well) with your current build.
