DA Inquisition Custom Character is not Showing in The Keep

Hello,

I am playing Dragon Age Inquisition on my PS4.

I cannot figure out why my one character (and favorite character) is not showing up under custom heroes. I have made 9 characters in total and only 7 are showing up. One character visible in The Keep I have actually deleted previously on my PS4 but for some reason is there.

My worry is that I will not be able to use the world state for my favorite character for Dragon Age 4.

Let me know if anyone has a solution to fix this so I have the characters I want to be saved in The Keep.

Manually enter the character name, class and choices into the keep.

Not the ideal fix, but one that should work for just about all issues.

Make sure you are signed into the correct profile on PS. Make sure you are connected and online with internet. Make sure game is set to upload data on all settings. Load up your game, walk around a while, travel a few places if you can, make a save travel again, make a save and then let the game sit and wait.....after 5 min or so, exit to main menu and again sit and wait, then give it a day and try the keep and see if it uploaded.

I followed all those steps. It has been a couple of days now and still, the hero does show up in The Keep.
I contacted EA support previously but they were unable to help and told me to post a question to the forum.
If you have any other suggestions let me know.
