DA Inquisition Fails to Start XBOX One

In game play, I attempeted to enter Valamaar (I believe) in the Hinterlands. My game would not load Valamaar and I was forced to shut my Xbox One down in order to get away fom the forzen screen. Once I could get Inquisition to restart at the opening screen, it now freezes as soon as  I press the menu button atthe very begining. I can't select laod, new, mulitplayer, or anything else becasue the game has frozen before I can get there. The game has even upadted once on its own and still nothing changes for me. Is there a way to fix this without dleting the entire game from my xobx and losing all progress? If I did that, would it even prevent it from hapening again?
