DA: Inquisition (Inquisitors edition)

I bought the Inquisitors edition from you guys and I'm really displeased. I was so excited and now the second I pulled it out of the box, the plastic pieces fell off the corners, then I opened it and everything was just jumbled in the box and the Owl statue was broken. I don't know who to go to with this but I am seriously pissed
