Yeah, so I have spent two days with support on the same issue. I explained it in detail to them, and I took the same steps as you did before I contacted them. They elevated it to the next level of support, who came back and said "no fix". The support person then said,"Let me extend my apologies." and that was it. So I told them they know that the DLC content doesn't show up and doesn't work, and entice people to buy it thinking they are getting it, and then offer their apologies when it doesn't work, even though they knew it wouldn't. Classic.

It is not a general problem that happens to all players, but account or system related.
Are the DLCs shown as installed in EA app and in game for you as well?
