DA2 DLC Unauthorized - How do I activate it?

Question

My DA2 DLC keeps showing as unauthorized. I reached out to 2 agents and none were of help. They told me the DLC is delisted and nothing can be done. I've downloaded the DLC from this link here: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/faq/dlc-for-classic-games/#dragonage and except for Exiled Prince and Black Emporium they all show as unauthorized. The quests show up in my game and I can even access the DLC but once I save and try to reload it will not work and says the DLC are unauthorized.

I remember claiming both the Ultimate Editions of DAO and DA2 on Origin back in the day. DAO still shows as Ultimate Edition but DA2 only shows as Standard Edition. I've tried to repair it twice and my addons only show the Ser Isaac Armor, Black Emporium and Exiled Prince. How do I get the other DLC to show up and get activated to my account?

Logging in in game should also work if you are logged in here on AHQ as long as it is the same account you play on.

I have tried syncing career through the Keep and gone as far and trying to unlock every single DLC there also but it doesn't work for me.

I've also tried these suggestions below through hours of research

- deleting folders in AddIns

- reinstalling

- repairing the game files

The problem is that the EA app will only recognize me having the standard edition and the 3 dlc add ons and nothing else. It seems to be an app problem more than anything.

This does not work for me. The app still thinks I haven't purchased the game. The Ultimate Edition still seems to be available to purchase when I click Purchase. Why can't this just be granted to everyone having the issue?
