DA2 dlcs problems on Steam

I have recently bought DA origins and DA 2 from Steam. With Origins, I had no problem with the DLCs, however with DA 2 I just reached Act 2 and noticed that the DLC statues did not appear in my estate. I then went and checked and saw that my dlcs are unauthorized, Also, the game is not letting me log in with my EA account. Is there a solution for this, or do I just have to accept that you can't play DA2 dlcs from Steam?

I had the same issue. What worked for me was changing my EA password so it had no special characters, only letters and numbers. After that, I could log in through DA2 itself, and the DLCs became authorized.
It seems the old DA2 login does not handle special characters properly. Try changing your password, then log in again inside the game.
