DAI - Invalid License

Hi, I wanted to see if anyone could offer me advice on how to get my game to launch (and potentially restore files). I opened the game after not playing for a few weeks and recevied this error. I tried the following things suggested my either the app or the EA beta assistance/chat

1. Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache (and received same error)
2. Manage > Repair (still received the same error)
3. Restarted my laptop and checked for updates (Same error)
4. Uninstalled and reinstalled EA App (and lost a month's worth of gameplay until I restarted my laptop and restored my files)

I guess I am just wondering if anyone is in the same boat/have any suggestions? I know the game is older but I didn't have any issues with playing or launching until today. Is this an EA Play issue - I did subscribe to the game. I also noticed others having this issue across other games but since my pop-up didn't specify an error code I'm at a loss on what to do.
