Dragon Age 2 can't activate
I recently installed dragon age 2 via EA Play subscription and when I went to launch it for the first time, it asks me to log in. So I log in with my credentials and it says I need to provide a product key, but when I select to enter the key, nothing happens. The only options that do anything are the link to purchase the game (which just takes me to the ea.com storefront, not even da2's page) or to sign in as another user. I've repaired the game multiple times and still nothing.
EA App Won't Authenticate Game After Updates
I was told to post here... After speaking with customer service several days ago they decided they couldn't help me and would 'elevate my issue to management'. Since then, my original post has moved around to other forum spaces - but I've received no further help... I'm trying to launch Dragon Age: Inquisition, a game I've owned since 2016, but every time I try it pops up with a window requiring me to re-authenticate it. It doesn't recognize my login email/password, which I know to be correct as I use the same pass manager to log into my EA account elsewhere. It does recognize my user ID, however none of the buttons are interact-able. So even if I had an authentication code, there's nowhere to enter it. I played the game the day prior with no issues, but windows ran updates overnight. So far I have: Uninstalled/reinstalled + repaired Changed my password just in case (verified with email) Cleared the EA App cache Performed a clean boot which forced the EA app to update Updated the Epic Games launcher Tried launching the game from both apps And I have an empty licenses folder with hidden files checked on. Would appreciate any assistance with this. I know I can't be the only one, and I don't know where to go from here. Attached are screenshots of the popup I'm seeing.
Dragon Age Inquisition - STEAM - I don't have access to the DLC'S
Hello, I bought the game via Steam "Game of the Year Edition" but I don't have access to any DLC or additional content provided by the version of the game I bought. I've tried to contact them via chat and they directed me here. I have an 84-hour save that won't let me start it because a message appears saying that I have to download the DLCs in order to load the save. I go to Steam and see that they are all properly installed. *I'm connected to the servers *I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game *I've already uninstalled and reinstalled only the DLCs *I've already repaired the game files more than onceAuthentication Errors on Game Launch

So I downloaded DAI GOTY edition from Xbox Gamepass on my PC and finished the game wanting to play "trespasser". Turns out it didn't show on my war table, and looking a bit more, none of the other dlcs were working either. Visited forums and many people had the same problem but no one seemed to have a clear fix. Tried repairing it, uninstalling, changing some drivers and even finished the game again just in case it was a problem with my previous save. Nothing worked. I wrote to EA help and their solutions didn't fix it either, so they told me to write in here my problem xd. Hoping to get a clear solution, specially since I spent loads of time playing the game. It's quite disappointing.
DAI Keybinds not saving
Having an Issue that every single time I reboot the game my keybinds reset. For added context I have rebound pause to the spacebar (as this is what I have grown accustomed to with DAO and DA2) and the "new" jump feature to Mouse-3. Every time I restart the game, whenever I pause my character jumps. It's not really a major issue but I would be lying if I said the minor inconvenience doesn't get annoying after a while having to routinely reset it every single time I launch the game.
Dragon Age: Inquisition Launch Error
Dragon Age: Inquisition won’t launch from either the Epic Games app or the EA app. When I try to start the game, an error window pops up saying: "We're sorry, an error has occurred. We are unable to connect to EA servers to activate Dragon Age: Inquisition - Game of the Year Edition on this computer using your account. Please try again later." This is not a Wi-Fi issue, despite what EA support suggested. I’ve already gone through all their troubleshooting steps, including running the Windows internet troubleshooter (which came back fine), restarting the router, disconnecting and reconnecting to Wi-Fi, and restarting my laptop. None of it worked—I’m still getting the same error. After exhausting all their solutions, EA support told me they couldn’t help and suggested I post here instead. I have attached a screenshot of the error message I receive when launching the game.
DAI - Invalid License
Hi, I wanted to see if anyone could offer me advice on how to get my game to launch (and potentially restore files). I opened the game after not playing for a few weeks and recevied this error. I tried the following things suggested my either the app or the EA beta assistance/chat Help > App Recovery > Clear Cache (and received same error) Manage > Repair (still received the same error) Restarted my laptop and checked for updates (Same error) Uninstalled and reinstalled EA App (and lost a month's worth of gameplay until I restarted my laptop and restored my files) I guess I am just wondering if anyone is in the same boat/have any suggestions? I know the game is older but I didn't have any issues with playing or launching until today. Is this an EA Play issue - I did subscribe to the game. I also noticed others having this issue across other games but since my pop-up didn't specify an error code I'm at a loss on what to do.
