I have owned Dragon Age Origins for years and after having Gamepass for a few months I can no longer access the game. I couldn't open it when it was installed, was advised to uninstall it by EA Help, this didn't fix it and the EA app now thinks I don't own the game. But the game is in my Library. I don't even have a purchase option in the EA Store because you can't buy games that are already on your account! Please fix this ASAP so I can access a game that I own. Thanks.11Views0likes0CommentsEA Launcher canceling DA Game Launch
I was playing Dragon Age II when the game crashed. At, first I wasn’t too bothered as old games crash all the time, but now I’m concerned as the EA launcher won’t let the steam game launch initialize. I keep getting the error message that says “there seems to be a problem on our end” (EA Launch app) without specifying said problem. Now I’m just frustrated because I would like to play DA2 but I can’t even get into the game because of the launcher issues.SolvedDragon Age Keep refusing to allow me access to world state editor
This has been an on going problem for 3days now. I cannot get dragon age keep to allow me to access any sort of function what so ever. I am able to login to the world state editor but will immediately receive an error message telling me to refresh and retry. The system worked fine less than a month ago. I have insured both login emails and are the same. I’ve cleared all cache, cookies, browsing history etc. my VPN is currently disabled. As well as my virus protector. I have tried logging in from different browsers both PC and mobile.. (screenshot is mobile) I am able to login fine through a different account that doesn’t have DA on it but am unable to even share world states with my main account as a friend. Please help! also a note: it currently says it’s “not synced” I have opened 2 separate cases and have heard nothing case numbers: 210884721 & 210958714EA App Won't Authenticate Game After Updates
I was told to post here... After speaking with customer service several days ago they decided they couldn't help me and would 'elevate my issue to management'. Since then, my original post has moved around to other forum spaces - but I've received no further help... I'm trying to launch Dragon Age: Inquisition, a game I've owned since 2016, but every time I try it pops up with a window requiring me to re-authenticate it. It doesn't recognize my login email/password, which I know to be correct as I use the same pass manager to log into my EA account elsewhere. It does recognize my user ID, however none of the buttons are interact-able. So even if I had an authentication code, there's nowhere to enter it. I played the game the day prior with no issues, but windows ran updates overnight. So far I have: Uninstalled/reinstalled + repaired Changed my password just in case (verified with email) Cleared the EA App cache Performed a clean boot which forced the EA app to update Updated the Epic Games launcher Tried launching the game from both apps And I have an empty licenses folder with hidden files checked on. Would appreciate any assistance with this. I know I can't be the only one, and I don't know where to go from here. Attached are screenshots of the popup I'm seeing. Can't Access Main Quests Anymore?
Hi, everyone! I've been replaying DA:I again, and, for some reason, it won't let me access the main questline. I went to play Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts, and the fast travel is greyed out. I saw an earlier post where someone mentioned loading an earlier save, but, when I did that, it wouldn't let me start any of the main quests I had been able to do previously, so now I'm not sure what to do. I've restarted the game, took out the mods (which were mostly cosmetic, but you never know), and even verified my game files through steam. At this point, I'm at a loss. Any ideas?SolvedDragon Age: Inquisition missing DLCs when I try to load save
Exactly what the title says. I click continue on the menu screen and it says something along the lines of "this version of the game used DLCs, you don't have them" and lists the DLCs I "don't" have. I do have them, that's how I've been playing this entire time. My Xbox PC game pass subscription ran out and I renewed it, ever since then I can't continue my saved games. BTW I do use mods and I have the GOTY version of the game, which comes with all the DLCs because of my EA/Xbox game pass subscription Edit: I removed my mods for the time being, but the game still won't recognize the DLCs Update: The "missing DLC" issue has been solved, but a new problem has arisen. The error window at the start menu now says that my saved patch is a newer version and that I need to update to the latest patch. I found another post from five months ago detailing the same issue, and they were able to solve the issue. I tried the steps in one of the replies, but when I got to the Admin Command prompt and pasted the file path, it said it wasn't recognized as an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file. I then went to the Windows PowerShell, and it kept saying the term insert character is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. But when I just type "C:\Program Files\EA Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\Patch\" it doesn't give me a success message or an error message.Solved206Views0likes13CommentsDragon Age 2 not launching.
Hello, I have been playing DA2 for the past day. it was working just fine up until today. I bought in Via steam. I also have DA inquisition, and it launches just fine on the EA app. So, I am confused as to why DA2 isn't launching anymore... I have repaired the EA app, restarted my pc multiple times. I don't know what else to do.
