I am a huge DA fan and this is just a huge fail. I can give some tips to save it.
1. Slap BETA all over the game so players are less out to be upset when they see bugs every 3 min.
2. Make the first 2 DLC'S Free being everyone was ripped off and having to help fix 2/3 of the programmers JOB's.
3. Find good programmers to help fix the game and let the rest go with the message ( Hit the bricks slackers! )
4. This is the Best thing anyone can tell you STOP RUSHING OUT GAMES !!!! put out finished quality games ....
I've been told by my gf that the frostbite engine is super glitchy and skyrim is rife with them, whatever that engine does its glitches are still in DA:I. I'm just annoyed about the control schema it's entirely aggravating to finally get a working non-dualshick ps3 controller only to have r2 button spring get wore out--now after using the journal/quest map my character starts an attack. X should have stayed as attack imo
Now I don't know what system for which your gf is playing skyrim on but I've got over 3000 hours in skyrim and counting on an I7 3.4 6 core with 16 gigs of ram and an AMD ATI Radeon 7950 graphics card and I've had very few problems with the game. Matter of fact I still am playing it when I get frusted with this one here I go to it. And believe me I've got 200 mods in skyrim running on Max settings.
Wow, that looks so much better than the product we got...It's like a wholly different, better game. I'm looking at that vid and just wondering WTF Bioware was thinking when they changed the final game so fundamentally...I feel so insanely cheated, that video sold this game to me. So I will ask for a refund, DA:I is a mess right now anyways...But this..this is just unaccebtable in so many ways. Screw you EA/Bioware. You destroyed the game I awaited for so long.

Gerrod82, yes, I feel cheated as well. And I thinking about getting a refund as well. But it ToS it is said that the game could be returned only in 7-14 days or so, not sure they would allow a refund, not to tell that for my digital version I would not get any money back at all, just B-points...
