Check if you have the following files:

br.sb

br.toc

They should be inside Dragon Age Inquisition\Data\Win32\loctext

Those are the pt-BR subtitling files.

Portuguese:

Verifica se você tem os seguintes arquivos:

br.sb

br.toc

Ficam na pasta Dragon Age Inquisition\Data\Win32\loctext

São os arquivos da legenda pt-BR.

I saw that people who have bought from dealers had the same problem. But mine was purchased directly at the official store of Orgin. This strange me.

Não tenho esses arquivos. Apenas os arquivos em inglês.
Vi que pessoas que compraram de revendedoras tiveram o mesmo problema. Mas o meu foi comprado diretamente na loja oficial da Orgin. Isso me estranha muito.
