DAI can’t connect to Dragon Age servers on console

I’ve tried both my Xbox and PS5, and I can’t get the game to connect to the servers. When I launch the game, it starts up as normal, but then endlessly tries to connect, but it never does. After a while it gives up, and I can’t play with my saved world state. I’ve made sure both the games and the console software are updated, and my internet connection is normal. 

Any advice on how to fix this?
