DAI: connection to dragon age keep lost (PS5).

Hi everyone! 
Recently I have been having some problems with Dragon Age: Inquisition. 

I wanted to start a new game on my ps5 but I cannot connect to the dragon age keep server. Every time I open the game the connection is lost. I don't want to import a world state, just the armors and weapons I collected in the previous gameplays.

I tried redownloading the game and manually access dragon age keep on my pc in order to import what I need in my game, still it doesn’t work.

if someone has some ideas or solutions I would be very grateful, thanks.
