DA:I download patch again - and what version am I running

Can I force the game to DL the patch again?

I was logged into a VPN when the patch starting DL'ing and then I disconnected from the VPN as it is painfully slow.

Then when I relaunched the DL queue on my account showed nothing to DL and the game recently updated.  I find this exceptionally hard to believe unless it DL'd and installed the 351Mb patch in 4 seconds once I disconnected from my VPN.

I am not noticing any differences.  Where can I check my version number in game?  I ask about in game as it is possible that the patch read me.xtx in the game folder could have been DL'd before the VPN termination.  Although I don't see anything.

Also, I do not seem to be able to rotate character images in the "p" menu, glowing search items appear to be on old timer.  Where could I find the ability to toggle mousewheel for the tactical camera. --- I.E.  nothing looks changed.

Please advise.  I would like a 2nd crack at the patch
