DAI for PC: Stargazer Achievement Didn't Register

Same problem, two playthroughs, 15 astrariums in both, and no pop.  Reloaded to just before I solved the last one and solved it again, made sure I was logged in to the servers, everything I could think of.  Really frustrating.
