DA:I Game of the Year Edition DLC not working

I received the DA:I Game of the Year Edition though the Orgin gift system. After playing for a while, I noticed that the DLC was not showing up. The odd part is that it is displayed as installed and I can see the files on my PC, but can't access anything other than the base game. I've tried installing and reinstalling the game, DLC, and Origin several times, cleaning temporary files, adding Origin as an exception for my antivirus, launching the DLC from browser, and so on, but nothing worked.

Edit: I called EA, and they replaced my gift version of the game with a regular copy. Thanks for the replies!

    @cannibal_alien There have been some issues with the gifted version of the GotY edition (I think it's the DLCs not authenticating), your best bet is to get in contact with a game advisor, they should be able to replace your gifted version with a version which won't have this issue. You can get in contact with a game advisor here. Remember to select your country using the menu in the upper right corner, and be aware that some contact options are only available during certain hours.

  • Are you logged in to you your account on the main menu? This is required to authenticate the DLC.

    The DLC should pop up on the war map once that's done.

  • I would assume so since I am able to access my account with achievements and everything using the in-game browser. Is there another type of log in that I'm missing? And nothing about the DLC shows up at the war table. Thanks for taking the time to reply!
