DAI: Hinterlands Upper Lake Camp Ocularum Bug? Please help!

My apologies if I am stating the obvious, but have you collected the shards already? I have only seen 0/0 after they have all been gathered up.

Nope, I definitely had not.  It was my first time going to it in this game.  It also does not show up on my map at all.  

I have this problem too but on the 3# ocularum on Exalted Plains. And i am on my first playthrough, now i can't collect all the shards. 

Are you sure you didnt collect the shards of this ocularum before? i thought i had this bug but i did not realize the ocularum icon vanishes of the map when you take all the shards. So i though my ocularum was bugged but i had already collected all the shards from it, and did not look on the other ones showing on the map.

Once I'm through with the Hinterlands I'll know for sure.  I'm level 10 so fairly soon I'll finish it up and know for sure.  Since I've already played through once I don't think I'd made that mistake, but hell, anything is possible. 

I just got this bug on my 4th play through (don't judge me). 

Happened at the ocularum in Redcliffe Farms. Having done the shard quest 3 full times before this, I know I'm not missing anything. The ocularum won't show up on my map and it reads SHARDS: 0/0.

Not sure why this is happening, but if a mod or someone could step in, that'd be great. Playing on an Intel 4670k one monitor 1920x1080 on an Nvidia 650 Ti Boost GPU with 16 GB of ram on Windows 10. 

Never received the bug before, but this is the first time I have fully played the game on Windows 10. Before, it was 7 or 8.
