Yes, but I did so again. I will give it another shot.
Is the Frostback basin still on the map?? Because if it is, then the DLC is working, as nothing will show up on the map other than the location unless you have been there. I know in my journal there isn't any listing for Frostback Basin, because my Inquisitor hasn't visited there yet, but it is on the map and I unlocked it for 8 points.
