DA:I keeps freezing or lagging or crashing my PC&requiring a force restart

As the title said, even though my graphics card is pretty good, and both nvidia and my friend has helped me tinker with my graphics setting that gives me a good framerate, sometimes the framerate either just drops dramatically for no reason despite working well for awhile, or just plain freezing or crashing everything without warning while making that stupid static/bzzz sound. My friend originally suspected if it could be the temperature overheating so we tried checking but it wasn't that, i tried lowering my graphics setting to the lowest possible and even then it still gives that lagging or freezing error. Please help because not only is this ruining my enjoyment of the game, I'm really worried that it'll ruin my computer if it crashes and forces me to do a force restart again :'(

    are u sure its not ur cpu?

    this game goes to 99% cpu usage when chagin maps and stuff like that.

    i kinda fix it buy closing everything except dragon age, i use to watch twitch while i play but...i need all my cpu

    A hastebin link to a DxDiag might be more helpful. From your description, I it does sound like overheating but you've checked for that. 

    If you check your reliability monitor, is there a crash report? Do you see the same issues when you restart with a Clean Boot?

    At a glance that looks fine. Do you get a report in your reliability monitor? Does playing with a Clean Boot or disabling Origin In-Game (checkbox can be found at Origin>Application Settings>Origin In-Game) make any difference?

    as a matter of fact my rating was basically a 10 on 3.11.2014 but then on 19.11.2014 it dropped to almost 1 heh

    I have the same problem, getting 15fps max and have tried changing settings, disabling origin, tried the command line addition people mention, tried a fresh install of my OS even and nothing works

    im also having the same lag guys my is freezing a minor freeze but its still annoying to play with cuz some of the game i played is not like this

    Hello guy i found solution for me to resolve problem, downclock video card with gigabyte guru 2, first drop 105 mhz from gpu clock, drop 130 mhz from memory and drop .0375 voltage you cant run at ultimate graphic quality with a geforce 760 4gb
