DAI Knight's Tomb quest bug

I am playing on a PC. So, I can't turn the scroll into the Dalish keeper. The quest marker keeps showing up away from the dalish camp and I can't get the keeper to converse with me about the knight's tomb quest. I have tried making the quest not active and then logging all the way out of the game and then logging back in again. Anything else I can do? Or can we get this bug addressed in a patch?

    Aaaaaannnnnnd I fixed it. I went only with Solas instead of a full party and I took the quest off of 'Active.'... O and i traveled from the war room instead of the map - not sure if it was any one of these actions or a combination.

    I entered the tomb to look for mosaics and it is in my journal again. How do I get rid of it?
