DAI Multiplayer Constitution Bug?

Its looking that Constitution points is not working to raise HP in Multiplayer! I was playing with 2 friends yesterday and when i died i've checked the maximum health of all of us.

Me - 687, with 10 promotes on warriors

First friend  - 687 with 5 promotes on warriors

Second friend - 687 without any promote

All of us was playing with Archers, so its a bug rigth? Because Constitution was supposed to raise HP and melee defense. Please Fix it!
