Unfortunately Parallels is unsupported, but I have seen reports from players claiming that it worked fine for them. However I think these also were using machines with nvidia/amd cards, and were pretty beefy in general. It might help to check for directx and VC updates too, as well as the usual GPU ones.
You can re-run the directx and VC redists from their folders at Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\__Installer\directx and Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\__Installer\vc
i forgot to tell you that even if i set every graphic option to the minimum nothing changes and i keep getting the same fps...
@Ea_David: what do you mean saying that parallel is unsupported? By checking updates you mean on the Mac machine or on the virtual one?

Windows on a Wintel X86 PC is supported for official Tech assistance from EA, no other operating systems / emulations. With bootcamp, and an actual copy of MS' Windows, you might have actually qualified for that level of assistance -- with a proper minimum GPU from AMD / nVIDIA. That is not promising you any superior animation rates (with Bootcamp/ Windows), if you don't reduce the screen resolution to a relatively coarse setting to eliminate a lot of the load on the poor IGP you have.
Do not forget that the rest of your system, especially the screen, has a major influence on performance with a low end video solution. There is no one standard for laptop screens.
