DAI PC won't launch after 'Game Update' 12/26/2016 (Not AVG related)
I hadn't played since October 2016, and played today in MP without any update and without any problem. I noticed the 'Update Game' tab, so I chose to update as it had been several months since I'd played and I thought maybe I'd missed an important update.
After update, game starts with usual windowed black box, going to full screen mode with Inquisitor icon in bottom right, then goes back to desktop. Game will load up to 665,000K in Task Manager => Processes, then stop. When loading stops, Origin is still open with no error messages or lockups.
I've tried running as Administrator, disable anti-virus, repair game, and launching after a clean boot without success. Other Origin games such as ME3 and Witcher 3 run fine.
Failure to launch almost certainly related to the game update performed today.

I've played this game more than 2000 hours, mainly in MP mode. I have all available DLC installed.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, as this is one of my favorite games in both SP and MP. I really miss not being able to play during the holiday break.
Thanks,
