DA:I stutters
The game stops for a second or so every 15-30 seconds. My rig meets all the requirements and recommendations in terms of specs. It's a dedicated gaming PC, so very, very little is running in the back...

My computer isn't a beast, but it runs smoothly on mostly high settings. I'm having the same issue with frequent stuttering. It happens mostly during dialogue (not only during cut scenes). The game will hitch for a moment and then repeat the last half second or so of audio. It also happens occasionally, though much less often, when I’m just walking around and exploring. If it helps, a lot of the time when this happens it sounds like my hard drive is spinning up to load something.
My video drivers update again yesterday, but the problem is persisting.
