DA:I won't launch in EA app
In the new EA app, Dragon Age Inquisition won't launch. Worked perfectly fine in the Origin app. Please fix the EA app so I can play the game I payed money for.

@EmthePixelPixie @Owlz999 You might need to contact EA, apparently there's in issue with some product codes (even for games that worked fine on Origin), which can only be fixed by contacting support. You can contact support here (apologies if that sends you to the Australian version, you can change your country in the upper right corner). If you go through the selections you should get an option to contact support (by phone or possibly chat, be mindful of their operating hours), ignore any links back to AHQ. If/when you get in contact with an advisor, ask if they can check your product code(s) for the game(s) you're having this issue with to see if there's an issue. I've also been told you can contact them through twitter or facebook.
This isn't the only possible cause of the issue but was suggested to me as a possible cause when none of the usual troubleshooting works. If you get in touch with support, please let us know how it goes. Frustrating that there are so many new issues that we can't help with/don't have solutions to yet, so any (legal) solutions are welcome.
I'm absolutley furious rignt now. I have called EA twice in the last half hour to be told they no longer support this game. Even though I can play DAO and DA2.
I've been bruskley told to sod off and they can't help. Disgusted doesn't even cover it.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused.
I think you could be right and that they should at least try giving me another product registery code but they're also refusing to do that.
Finally I got help.
Ok so the suggestion they made has worked.
For those out there who still can't play. Here is the fix.
Uninstall the ea launcher and Dragon Age Inquisition.
Make a new user account on your pc/laptop.
Install EA Launcher and Dragon Age Inquisition.
Enjoy.

- @Owlz999 When you say new user you mean a new login for the actual pc/laptop? Not a new user account for ea app?
Yeah just make a new user account.
Go to Settings >Accounts>Family & Other Users>Add Someone Else to this pc
Then make a new user account. Make sure to give it Admin rights.
Sign out of the main account & into the new account.
