DA:I Xbox One can't get save data?
I took a break from the game to go grab some food and when I got back it did the "synching data" thing. Then it says "couldn't get latest save data" and asks me if I want to continue in offline mode....

I'm also getting the same issue. When I load the game and it tries to sync data, I get "We couldn't get your latest saved data". I tried quitting the app and turning off my Xbox, but I'm still getting the same error message.
Also, like others, I have EA Access and I spent all 6 hours of my trial. I spent a little over an hour in single player and the rest in multiplayer. I was kicked out of a multiplayer match when I reached my 6 hours.
FYI: I think this is an Xbox issue. If you go to http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status, you'll see that "Social and Gaming" is "Limited". If you look at the details, it says that "Accessing or retrieving data stored using cloud storage" is an affected service. Damn you Microsoft!
- Was having same problem. But this was the first time I played the game. I went ahead and chose play off line. Created character. When I started after creation it asked if I wanted to import save from keep. Chose yes. And it gave me a World State Import that matched the window in the tapestry that asks you to verify it to.
