DA:I Xbox One Startup Crash

Its been about two months since ive been able to play, for the same reason!!
My game wont load past the splash art that comes up when you launch the game!!
I tried everything, unplugging and doing a hard reset of the xbox one, deleting all my saves and the game as well to see if it was from corrupted data, AND I EVEN BOUGHT A PHYSICAL COPY.
Still nothing
This is stupid EA
Fix your game!!

Normally I'd suggest (re)installing the game to the hard disk and/or cleaning the Xbox One with compressed air and making sure it's well-ventilated overall, but if you already tried everything, there's nothing more I can add.
