There is a unique Elvish robe you can find in the Exalted Plains.
Sadly I already had a better robe available by then, but yes, it is there. So I don't think there is a craftable one.
That's something I would love to see. Some race specific craftable items.

There are actually two. One can be purchased in the Dalish Camp. It is really expansive around 12.000 or 14.000 but the stats are decent. The other one I am not sure about anymore. It was in some ruins - but that is all I can remember. Sorry.
