DA:O Collector's Edition Items

Hello.

I have Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition in my Origin account. The thing is, when I go to my Game Library > Show Game Detais > Extra Content: I see this "Collector's Edition Bonus Items" and Unlocked in green but if I log in and go to Downloadable Content there's nothing there and I even tried to unlock it through DragonAgeKeep but nothing changes, any ideas how to fix it?

Go to "http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Downloadable_content_(Origins)"
Search "DAO_PRC_PROMO_C2" and download it
Install it with official "daupdater.exe"
I just got Bergen's honor and Final reason through this way.
I still not able to get Grimoire of the frozen waste, maybe the new starting game is needed.
