DA:O installs to onedrive

Hello, all.

Recently, I had dragon age origins and it's expansion pack awakenings installed on my computer. But when I tried to download some of the addons using any addon manager, the addons wouldn't install.

I found the addon location in my onedrive documents folder. Stupid Microsoft a while ago downgraded free users from 15 GB to 5 GB. My onedrive is full, so I tried to migrate all of my Bioware stuff. Unfortionately, the computer could not find the directory in Users/Me/Documents/Bioware/...

Because I knew already that simply moving the folder to another, larger location wouldn't really solve the plugin and addons issue, I really had no other choice than to uninstall dragon age Origins and Dragon Age awakening and reinstall it

But then something strange happens. The program attampts to write to onedrive once more, and once drive is full, oddly enough. Tried cleaning onedrive out,  but alas, it still wouldn't install, complaining "Could not locate the data or the drive may not be installed"

I tried making "Users/Me/Documents" the default save location and public save location in my libraries folder, but once again, stupid installer tried to write to Onedrive. I then decided to disable onedrive in the Local Group Policies. That also didn't work.

I'm at a loss here. I don't know how to stop bioware from installing dragon age assets to my one drive, since onedrive is falsely full. I am using Windows 10 Pro, with a very good graphics card (Nvidia Geforce GT 970).

Does anyone out there know how to get around the onedrive issue?

@gondracorn You are installing from Origin correct? If so, could you please go to Application Settings  - Advanced (Origin menu in top left corner of the client or 'Application Settings - Installs & Saves' if you use the Beta client) and  make sure download directory/library location is set to where you want the game to install.

Let us know how you get on!
