Denuvo DRM

Does DA:I use Denuvo DRM? Because if it does, I want my money back, now. And my ssd to be replaced. Denuvo fries ssd's, because ssd's have limited write/rewrites, and Denuvo constantly decrypts/unencrypts data. Anyone know for sure?

  • While Denuvo constantly rewrites the exe, it does so in the RAM, not on the SSD. Windows doesn't allow open executables to be rewritten. Denuvo will not damage SSDs.

Mmmh not sure what do you mean. I did read it and unless I'm blind answer is not here, thread is 3y old and I wanted to know if today DA:I still has denuvo or not (it obviously did have at release as I didn't bother to buy it). Though OP was concerned about SSD writes but as thread topic is general I posted here.

If you refer to that link posted by someone to bioware forum, its dead so I didn't read it.

I believe Denuvo was removed. I'll try to look for a source.

Edit: I can't find a source. I may be confusing it with Mass Effect Andromeda.
