Dialogue "Freezing" in Dragon Age: Inquisition

I'm also having this issue. I'm on Xbox 360 and so far it has happened when I'm talking to Dorian about his personal quest. I've also had issues with dialogue overlapping. Lots of bugs and glitches so far in the game, but I've been able to progress in the game. I'm hoping I won't have the same problem as others are, where you can't continue.
