same problem here, on the PS4. After 55 hours gameplay i Can't progress anymore.
It started with the first dialoge with dorian in skyhold, he just said something, and nothing else. No conversation wheel at. it was possible advance using the Square button. But this was only the beginning: during the posessed-warden mission (this one, where you have to meet hawke in the western approach) the game finally fell apart: almost every dialogue regarding the wardens is messed up. i do not get any converstion wheel at all, and must skip every dialoge, altrough it seems like they where reacting to something i said... the whole conversations make no sense at all. In some of the cutscenes there was even no animations at all (all characters where displayed without any skinning at all. (the characters where presented in the "rest-pose" for rigging )
and finally, I got stuck in an endless loop after i killed the posessed wardens... the dialogue after this fight does not end anymore. and i can't skip it using the square button (or any other input. there is no reaction to anybutton at all). And all i can do is to quit the game and reload. But this does not help at all, because the game continues at the same point, with this anoying cutscene.
Besides this, i have also a problem with the inner-curcle solas mission. I found the summoned friend of solas: it was trigerred that i found this guy, and then nothing else happened. The spirit was just frozen, and there was a group of mages standing on the side, like statues. There is no cillision detection for them, and they can't be attacked... the whole scene is just frozen.
