no, it's not related to the custom hawke, because i didn't import anything, and have the same bug.

I have the same problem with game freezing in my laptop. It's only happens during cut-scenes or in tactical table. There are no indication in task manager about process stuck, but only force process quit is helping.

I'm on PS4 and have had this same issue a few times, but after about 20-30 seconds it seems to resolve itself and the dialogue continues. I have at least been able to progress, but still reporting just the same.

Two particular conversations I remember this happening in were the first conversation you have with Dorian at Skyhold, and then when talking to the Revered Mother after the Orlesian ball.
