I am having the same problem and I am pissed. I did not buy a freaking collectors edition to the game just so it could be broken and I could not play it.
Anyway, I am playing on the PS4 and am having problems in the same places many of you are. I had problems with Dorians quest but was able to skip through it. I am now stuck in the quest "Into the Abyss" (I believe is the name. The problem is centered around Stroud. He speaks one line of dialogue then I have to press square and skip. After you fight the mages and demons however Hawke and Stround start talking and the game gets stuck on Stroud's face. Skipping does not work.
Anyone know if Bioware is Aware of this problem.
