Did they even Beta test this Game?
So far I've encountered 29 quests I can not complete, 23 visual glitches, and the most irritating no mount after first save...... Shouldn't these issues have been discovered in beta test? shouldn't t...

While I have had to trouble shoot and modify a few things to get this game to run properly, I can think of several major release games, D3 being one, who's kickoff had issues. But have you notices the shear massive scope of this game? It is like Sykrim on steroids. Not that you should have too, but you registered in forums and completed discredited the entire game in one day?
I had a specific issue they could have done better on, and I complained about it on the forums. But to give up without "really" trying to resolve the issue? I have to wonder, does your PC meet minumum requriements? Are ALL hardware driver's updated? DirectX? Did you attempt all the work arounds and search forums for your issues? Don't give me the "Problem Solved" **bleep** either...people rarely comback if the problem is solved...they are too busy playing the game lol

Please click XP and/or Problem Solved if you think I earned it! 🙂I'm not some peon gamer who bought a laptop to play YES my system Greatly exceeds the requirements to play this and MANY other games yes all drivers are up to date and yet.....I like other people am having issues with a game that I don't have with any other game so you know what..... if I could give negative XP I'd give you and your idiotic comentary -200000, it hasn't been 1 day it's been a week with NO FEEDBACK from anyone with constructive ideas, much like you.....

Also take games such as Skyrim and Alien Isolation ( though Alien is far far smaller then either ) the graphics on those games are stunning . Now im not a graphics **bleep** three of my fav games Origins , KOTOR and Jade empire were average graphics at best but you could play them with no updates . Look at Mass effect 1 . This game was released too early but op is right how did they not see and hear the bugs . I have missed half the conversations due to dialog wheel bug or garbled sound .

Cute. You know how many patches Skyrim received to fix bugs? Do you know how many "mods" there are that patch the bugs that Bethesda never got around to fixing? Let's not be silly.

I wouldn't dream of playing Skyrim without the official and unofficial patches. I don't think anyone is saying that Skyrim was in any way perfect on release day, however.
All games have bugs, unfortunate, but it's true. The perception seems to increasingly be though that *these* bugs are rendering (ha ha) the game not only unplayable but unstartable, which is another level entirely.

Also, just because it may be great in scope is no excuse whatsoever for releasing a game that can barely even be accessed through its own menu and even once it is can only be played as quite often a series of screenshots rather than anything with any sense of fluid motion whatsoever.
In the time I've had it I've managed about 2 hours and that was by blind luck and some fairly intensive tinkering with the settings.
A lot of what I and others including the OP have noticed is that there are fundamental problems with the initial aspects of this game that both could and should have been picked up by testers and if they were and they were ignored then someone somewhere needs their A*s kicked.
I'm hoping that this game was released too early because if it was intentionally released in this state then that is a shameful state of affairs indeed.
Skyrim had it's faults but at least it could actually be played and accessed from the off, unlike this game.
I am sure it's a brilliant game, but until someone somewhere pulls their finger out and actually makes it playable I'm certainly not going to be revelling in any of its scope or graphical lushness any time soon.
