Didn't get money from refund

I got an email from ea of the confirmation but i still haven't got the money.

1. This is the board for Dragon Age Inquisition, it has nothing to do with Star Wars

2. These boards are community driven, players helping each other out with technical or game issues. You need EA support, click here.

3. It may just be taking a little time for the refund to be processed, some patience might not hurt. 😉
